Being reminded that life is precious.

You would think that I would know that by now.

But today I was reminded.

Feeling guilty because I have been given a fresh start while others have been robbed of such a gift. 

I need to get on with life. 

Because to let it slip through my fingers is not fair to those that would give anything to have just a few more days.

Tell those that you love, that you do just that. Love them. 

Smile. Because its good for you.

And most of all stop and breath.

Like really breath. In and out.
Feel the air run through you.
